Stephen Baker

Often noted for his professionalism, Stephen Baker is respected by colleagues and clients alike.  A seasoned real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in the business, his success is attributed to strong ethics and values, old-fashioned work habits, broad-based knowledge, and creative business strategies.  Rather than taking  the usual transactional approach, Stephen practices a consultative approach to real estate.

Stephen Baker brings to his practice of real estate a broad background in consumer marketing & advertising as well as in-depth business experience – in addition to personal experience in construction, development and investment real estate.  This background and experience combined with local market expertise give Stephen’s clients a clear advantage in today’s unique and challenging real estate environment – whether as a seller or as a buyer.

During his two decades’ of practice, Stephen has a wealth of experience with all types of properties and clients:

to charming Spanish bungalows and condos throughout the West Side, to vacation and second home properties in Malibu and Honolulu, to farms in Oregon, to commercial and investment properties, and to lots and land development.

During Stephen’s 20+ year tenure, he has ranked consistently in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationally.  He has earned top achievement awards and promotions at Coldwell Banker’s flagship Beverly Hills office (#1 office nationally), including “Top 100,” “Best of the Best” company-wide, “Top 50 West Side,” Estates Director, and Area Sales Manager for Previews for eight years (the luxury division).  Other accolades include “Super Agent” by LOS ANGELES MAGAZINE, “Leading Agents of Beverly Hills,” and “Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals.”
After  17 years with Coldwell Banker, Stephen joined Keller Williams Realty/Beverly Hills in January 2011 to pursue an exciting and entrepreneurial partnership that will allow for an enhanced level of service and expanded opportunities for clients, friends, and colleagues.

Stephen is a long-time homeowner in the Beverly Hills area and is a member of the local homeowners’ association, the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, and both the California and the National Association of Realtors.
